At the heart of FMC is our ability to market artists and their music in a manner that is consistent with major label expectations. FMC has tremendous experience to help artist enhance the growth of their careers.
Today, we work with music clients (i.e., artists, producers, songwriters, record labels) in the areas of management, merchandising, touring, fan clubs, VIP ticketing, sponsorships and brand endorsements, among other music-related businesses. We offer these services to clients not otherwise signed to FMC. At a time of fundamental change in the music business, we believe these broader activities strategically position FMC for growth.
In developing our music services business, we have both built and expanded in-house capabilities and expertise. We will also pursue the acquisition of existing artist services companies as well as partner with synergistic companies outside the United States. Thus far we have strategic partners in the U.K., Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Sweden and Australia.
